In 2021, PROCON successfully completed the feasibility studies and final designs for five piers for small craft and passenger vessels located along Nicaragua’s Caribbean coast.
The project’s strategic objective was to facilitate conditions to increase production and exports, improve access to productive areas, and promote interconnection between land and water transport modes in the Caribbean region, thereby contributing to the country’s economic and logistical development.
“The consultant carried out the studies and designs in accordance with the provisions of the contract and the scope defined in the terms of reference. The documentation was delivered to the satisfaction of the client, satisfactorily meeting the planned technical and administrative requirements.”
